Maybe it's because of his experience in the forest with Kavinsky and Ronan,

working well. Kavinsky hadn't seemed particularly worried either, and they
weren't close, but Lee felt like Kavinsky had some amount of investment in
Lee's life now, that he was determined to help Lee survive.
"Come on, let's celebrate," he urges Eric, turning to kiss Eric's temple.
"This is going to change our lives, I can feel it."
