Lee didn't say anything right away, but he knew what he was feeling was written all over his face, unable to keep the gratefulness from his expression. He nodded softly, the gesture more felt than seen, Kavinsky's hand still on Lee's face, their eyes dark and warm, gazes locked.

"Do you want a shower before we sleep?" Lee asked softly, and he wasn't asking because he needed Kavinsky to clean himself before he got beneath the sheets, but he wanted Kavinsky to know he had the option if he wanted it. He leaned in and kissed Kavinsky's mouth before he could answer, slow and warming and lingering before he drew away again.

"Or we can wait until morning," he added, and he didn't have any expectations, hadn't since they'd met, nor did he feel any entitlement. But there was nothing he could think of that he wanted more than to wake up with this beautiful boy beside him and get another chance to touch and feel and taste him. "I don't have anywhere to be tomorrow myself."
